It's a very COFFEE July!

Hello my lovelies, its Elizabeth again updating on the June's comings and goings in this July first update! This last month has been packed full of things to update on, and where honestly do I begin? I suppose some news about personal, then professional and finally, this months prompts!

Eventually I will compile all of my prompt replies so that you all can read them for free on the website.

Personal:

The job is going pretty well, though with Hollows debut fast approaching my sights are set on that! There is some unfortunate news, due to the state of things my husband and I have decided to hold off on new home purchases, the state of the US and all. But this will give us more time to plan and me more time to focus on the books, stories, and comic releases you all are looking forward too!

Professional:

I managed to get ahold of two editors! One unfortunately did not work out, but the other looks promising. I'll be sending her a sample chapter from Hollows later today which she will hopefully get back to me this weekend about. Fingers crossed that all works out well!

On the comic front Daylighter finished up at just over 1.5k views, and brought my follower count up to 24! I'm so excited to see the support for the comic and its ending. My next comic, who's name is still being determined is in the planning phase. Character sheets, profiles, final touches etc. are being handled and I'm hoping to have it ready for an official release announcement probably closer to fall. My ambitions for this comic are a little higher than Daylighter, as I plan to have colored pages and lean more heavily into the promotional and professional regions for this one. Meaning more detailed artwork for holidays, advertisements, and other promotional material. Ideally I'd like to produce some small merchandise for the pilot, likely stickers or enamel pins, but this may just be my excited brain. Nothing is set in stone YET. You guys can look forward to more up-to-date information and sketches and sneak peaks regarding the comic over on my Instagram. Which I will be updating more regularly in the coming months.

Now onto the PROMPTS!

"Snow is white, blood is red, but you, you are dead!" (Write your protag's response to a villain giving this cheesy line!)

Write a scene with two characters from a story your working on/you love, who would never usually meet.

Its dark out, and your protag has to trapes through the haunted woods... what's in there?

That's it for today, I hope to see you next time! ♪(´▽`)
