Ending the Month on a High Note!

The month of October has been a rollercoaster of highs, lows, excitement, and thrills. Hollows is finally out, as of October 10th with two amazing Amazon sales! Thank you to those that purchased it. Honestly, it's two more than I thought I would get as a new author without a large platform. This month has been a wild ride, as I've been balancing a lot of worldly stresses and uncertainty over the year. This year did not start well. But hopefully this is all behind us. NaNoWriMo arrives quick, just eight days away, and I fully intend to take advantage of the month to push hard and fast through the draft zero process of Hollows second installment: The Morrow Lands. The hope is to have it out around the same time October/November-ish of next year. This is a monumental task, but hey we've already done it once, now we just need to do it again a little faster!

With the approach of NaNoWriMo I'll be going over my drafting, writing, habit, and story/world building tips over the month of November. These weekly blog posts will be every Monday or Tuesday, lots of updates on my TikTok, lots of writing sprints on YouTube*, and you can bet your sweet sugar biscuits there will be lots of sketches and artwork related to Hollows to come over the next month too!

*YouTube: The current area I live is forest, forest, and guess what, some mountains covered in forest. As such my worldly interweb connection is held together by hope, tears, and unreliable DSL and satellite. These are unfortunately not ideal for streaming or connecting to the world at large. Some days the connection is good, some days is a not so good. So we will have to take these days in strides. While I will make every effort to stream these sprints, there will be some days it is simply not an option. As a precaution, I will have some sprint recordings that I'll upload instead with a live date so that while its running we can interact on the chat instead. Because the main focus of these lives is audience interaction and providing a co-working space for anyone looking for that extra kick to push NaNo along.

I cannot wait to see you all in NaNoWriMo, and the future.

Until Tomorrow!
